EVT Prime Colours

Elastic single-component silicone sealant for indoor and outdoor use, with 25% maximum movement tolerance. For sealing joints and connecting joints in glass and window construction, in metal construction, in the sanitary sector, in roofing and plumbing works, in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning engineering.

EVT Prime Colours cures upon reaction with moisture, remains permanently elastic, is non-ageing, contains biocide, is durable and non-paintable. An application test is recommended prior to use. Do not use on natural stone. Use EVT Natural Stone HPM for marble and natural stone applications.

• Excellent adhesion on metals and plastics, compatible with copper • Contains a fungicide

Areas of Application

EVT Prime Colours silicone is used for sealing joints in glass, window construction, in metal construction, in sanitary applications, in roofing and plumbing works, in heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering units.

EVT Prime Colours must not be used in aquarium construction, on marble or natural stones. It should not be used as a mirror adhesive and in areas where there is direct food contact.

Prime Colours can be used to seal construction units that are subsequently filled with water. These applications require precise tooling (preparation of substrate; often primer necessary). Underwater joints must be checked on a regular basis and should be maintained from time to time. Not suitable for Polypropylene and certain Polyethylene products.

Solseal Delivery Schedule

Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.

When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.

Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.

If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.

For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).

If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).

If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).
