It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How do I prepare the surface for UltraCrete EnviroBed CD534?
All surfaces should be free from oil, grease, dust or any other visible contaminants. Remove all loose particles and work on a sound substrate. Pre-soak the area with clean water prior to application to aid bond. Remove ponded water before applying the product.
How do I mix UltraCrete EnviroBed CD534?
UltraCrete EnviroBed CD534 can be mixed with either forced action mixer or by drill and paddle. Please see TDS for instructions for each method.
Can UltraCrete EnviroBed CD534 be used in the wet?
Yes, it can be used in the wet however, ponded water must be removed first.
