It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Where can I use Soudal Silicone Spray?
Soudal Silicone Spray can be used in the following applications:
- Reduces friction and reduces wear on mechanical parts and is therefore suitable for light lubrication of metals, plastics and rubbers.
- Prevents dirt and grease deposits and is therefore ideally suited for rails.
- Creates a water-repellent layer and protects the electric wiring of cars, engines, lawn mowers, etc. from moisture.
- Gives plastics and rubber a glossy finish.
- Not to be used for brake drums and brake discs.
Can I paint over Soudal Silicone Spray?
No, the treated surface cannot be painted.
How do I apply Soudal Silicone Spray?
Surfaces must be cleaned, degreased and dry. Shake can well before use. Spray at a distance of appr. 20 cm of the object. Apply a thin layer evenly.
