It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Mapei Ultracolor Plus Grout and what makes it unique?
Mapei Ultracolor Plus Grout is a high-performance, quick-setting and drying, polymer-modified mortar for grouting joints up to 20 mm wide. It’s unique because it’s Portland cement-free, features water-repellent DropEffect and mould-resistant BioBlock technologies, ensures uniform colour (anti-efflorescence), and has very low VOC emissions. It’s also a CO2 Fully Offset product.
Where can Mapei Ultracolor Plus Grout be used?
This versatile grout is suitable for internal and external grouting of floors and walls. It works with all types of ceramic tiles (double-fired, single-fired, clinker, porcelain), terracotta, stone materials (natural stone, marble, granite), and glass/marble mosaic. It’s ideal for areas with intense traffic, residential spaces, façades, balconies, terraces, and swimming pools.

How long does Mapei Ultracolor Plus Grout take to set, and when can I use the grouted area?
Floors are set to light foot traffic after approximately 3 hours. Surfaces grouted with Ultracolor Plus are ready for use after approximately 24 hours. For tanks and swimming pools, they can be filled after 48 hours.
Are there any specific application recommendations for Mapei Ultracolor Plus Grout?
Mix the powder with 20-26% by weight of clean water to form a smooth paste. Fill joints using an appropriate Mapei float or rubber spreader, removing excess diagonally while wet. Clean tools with water while the grout is fresh. Do not mix with Portland cement, gypsum, or dirty/salty water. Do not sprinkle powder onto filled joints for an even colour. Use between +5°C and +35°C.
