It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What are the key features of UltraTile ProEco Gel Flexible Tile Adhesive?
UltraTile ProEco Gel is an environmentally friendly, single-part, standard-setting, thixotropic, flexible adhesive containing 30% recycled material. It’s formulated for extended workability, enhanced adhesion and flexibility, making it ideal for areas prone to slight movement or vibration. It has a high level of deformation (S1 classification) for greater tolerance to movement.
Do I need to use a primer?
Yes, it’s recommended to use UltraTile Pro Primer. See TDS for amount needed for each substrate.
What types of tiles and surfaces can I use UltraTile ProEco Gel with?
UltraTile ProEco Gel is suitable for a wide range of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, glass, mosaics, marble, travertine, granite, limestone, terracotta, quarry, slate, resin-backed, quartz, and brick slips. It can be used on surfaces like concrete, sand/cement screeds, tile backer boards, cement-faced fibre boards, anhydrite/calcium sulphate/gypsum based screeds, existing tiles (“Tile on Tile”), plaster, plasterboard, sand/cement render, concrete brick/block, hard vinyl tiles, and flooring grade asphalt.
What is the recommended bed thickness and when can I grout after application?
The recommended bed thickness is 3mm – 20mm. You should leave the installed tiles for a minimum of 18 hours to set hard before grouting or walking on the tile. This time may be extended for impervious/non-porous substrates and is dependent on temperatures and conditions.
What is the pot life and set time of UltraTile ProEco Gel?
The pot life is 4 hours at 20°C. The set time is 18 hours at 20°C.
How much water is required to mix a 20kg bag of UltraTile ProEco Gel?
A 20kg bag of UltraTile ProEco Gel requires 6.5L – 7.0L of water for mixing.
