It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is UltraFloor DPM IT?
UltraFloor DPM IT is a 2-part epoxy resin system for use as a surface damp proof membrane and as a screed bonding aid (primer) for industrial flooring applications.
Is there a minimum temperature to apply UltraFloor DPM IT?
Yes, air temperature should be a minimum of 10°C throughout application and curing. Floor temperature should be a minimum of 3°C above the dew point.
How do I mix UltraFloor DPM IT?
- Take the larger tin (Part A) off of the smaller tin (Part B) but ensure you do not take the latch off the smaller tin until you have removed the larger tin. Please note if you do take the latch off before separating the components, Part B lid will come off.
- Pour the hardener in the smaller component (Hardener) into the larger component (Resin).
- At a slow speed, mix the parts using a power whisk for 3-5 minutes until a uniform consistent colour is attained. If required use a flat implement to scrape materials from the side to ensure they are fully mixed. DPM IT has a pot life of up to 60 minutes but for best flow characteristics it is recommended to apply as soon as mixing has been completed.
