It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Sikaflex AT Connection?
Sikaflex AT Connection is a 1-part universal construction sealant for connection joints such as windows and/or doors and other building parts.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Sikaflex AT Connection?
The substrate must be clean, dry, sound and homogeneous, free from oils, grease, dust and loose or friable particles. Sikaflex AT Connection adheres without primers and/or activators.
However, for optimum adhesion and critical, high performance applications, such as on multi-story buildings, highly stressed joints, extreme weather exposure or water immersion, the following priming and/or pre-treatment procedures shall be followed:
Non-porous substrates
Aluminium, anodised aluminium, stainless steel, PVC, galvanised steel, powder coated metals or glazed tiles have to be cleaned and pre-treated using Sika Aktivator-205, wiped on with a clean towel. Before sealing, allow a flash-off time of > 15 minutes (< 6 hours).
Other metals, such as copper, brass and titanium-zinc, also have to be cleaned and pre-treated using Sika Aktivator-205,wiped on with a clean towel. After the necessary flash-off time, use a brush to apply Sika Primer-3 N and allow a further flash-off time of > 30 minutes (< 8 hours) before sealing the joints.
Porous substrates
Concrete, aerated concrete and cement based renders, mortars and bricks shall be primed using Sika Primer-3 N applied with a brush. Before sealing, allow a flash-off time of > 30 minutes (< 8 hours).
What temperatures can I use Sikaflex AT Connection?
Ambient Air Temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C
Substrate Temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C, min. 3 °C above dew point temperature
