It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How do I apply Mapei UltraCare Mould Remover?
The product is ready to use and does not need to be diluted with water. Shake well before application. Spray directly on the surface to clean holding the bottle in vertical position at approx. 20 cm distance. Spread the product evenly on the surface to be treated using a cloth to make it penetrate correctly. Remove any excess of product to avoid dripping.
For a stronger effect it is possible to apply the product more than once by repeating the procedure described above and waiting at least 15 minutes between each application. After cleaning (wait at least 10 minutes) rinse the surface using a cloth or sponge dampened with only clean water.
How much Mapei UltraCare Mould Remover do I need?
Each bottle of Mapei UltraCare Mould Remover will treat up to 15 m of surface (one coat). Yield is heavily influenced by the absorbency level and the surface finish of the substrate to be treated.
