Fire Sealant 400 is a silicone-based version that offers similar fire performance, with the added benefit of being suitable for external joints as well. Both are commonly used in fire-rated walls, floors, and partition joints where tested compliance is required.

Fire Sealant 300 becomes tack-free in 15 minutes, but curing may take longer depending on depth and conditions.
