It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Where can I use SikaSeal Mould Resistant Caulk +?
SikaSeal Mould Resistant Caulk +? can be used for many applications such as:
- Sealing around timber & metal frames internally and externally.
- Sealing internally around PVCu frames and trims.
- Sealing cracks & gaps in brickwork, stone and concrete.
- Gap & crack filler around skirting boards, dado rails. Plaster etc.
- Low movement construction joints.
- An adhesive for bonding polystyrene coving and tiles.
- An adhesive for bonding cork tiles and wood block flooring.
- Gap and crack filler prior to decorating.
- Sealing around baths and basins.
How do I prep the surface before applying SikaSeal Mould Resistant Caulk +
All surfaces must be clean and dust free. All loose or flaking surface coatings, and old sealant and mastic joints, should be removed before application. Highly porous substrates such as new plaster should first be primed with the appropriate Sika PVA diluted 1:4 with water. This product can be applied to slightly damp, but not wet surfaces.
How much SikaSeal Mould Resistant Caulk + do I need?
Each cartridge of SikaSeal Mould Resistant Caulk + will get approximately 10.5 linear metres with 6 mm beads.
