It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. What are the main applications for this clean room silicone?
It’s primarily used for perimeter pointing (internal and external) around uPVC, wood, and powder-coated window frames. Other applications include weather and joint sealing of preformed panels and curtain walling, parapet and roof sealing, and general sanitary applications.

Does Everflex Premium+ 565 Clean Room Silicone require a primer?
Generally, Everflex Premium+ 565 Clean Room Silicone does not require priming on most surfaces. However, adhesion tests are recommended before full-scale application. If priming is needed for porous surfaces, use Everbuild P1 primer; for non-porous surfaces, use NP2 primer.
How long does Everflex Premium+ 565 Clean Room Silicone take to cure and what is its shelf life?
The skin time is 30-45 minutes. Curing occurs at approximately 2 mm per day, reaching about 9 mm in 7 days. The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in cool, dry conditions between +5°C and 25°C.
