It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Everbuild 500 Bath & Sanitary used for?
Everbuild 500 is a mid-modulus acetoxy cure silicone sealant formulated for wet environments. It is designed specifically for sanitary installations and areas of high humidity (bathrooms, showers, around basins, baths, sanitaryware) and is suitable for sealing worktops, laminates, glazing, and cap-sealing of window frames.
What are the key performance properties of Everbuild 500 Bath & Sanitary?
- It remains permanently flexible and resists discoloration even in damp or humid conditions.
- It has a movement capability of ± 20 % (i.e. it can accommodate joint expansion/contraction within that range).
- The service temperature range is – 40 °C to + 150 °C.
- Cure (through) rate is approximately 3 mm per 24 hours under standard conditions.
- Skin (surface cure) time is about 10 minutes at 20 °C.
What substrates can it bond to?
Everbuild 500 can adhere to common sanitary and building materials such as glass, ceramics, metal, aluminium, PVCu, laminates, and timber (after suitable preparation).
What are shelf life, storage, and packaging details?

Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place between +5 °C and +25 °C.

How do I apply it and clean up excess or uncured material?

Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, and old sealant.

Use a sealant gun and apply continuous fillet beads; joint width should typically be 5 mm minimum to 25 mm maximum, with depth not exceeding 50% of the width.

For uncured sealant, clean with white spirit.
