It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How do I prepare the surface before applying Ardex ST?
The joint edges should be clean, firm and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease and other barriers to adhesion. Joint edges in bathtubs and shower outlets should be cleaned and degreased with a suitable degreaser. Do not use any detergents.
Deep joints should be prefilled with an appropriate foam backer rod. Bituminous, tar, oil or acrylic impregnated fillers should not be used.
How do I apply Ardex ST?
Cut off the tip of the cartridge above the thread. Screw on the nozzle and cut it at an angle according to the required application thickness. Place the cartridge into a cartridge gun and
apply the sealant firmly into the joint and against the backing, making sure all edges are completely covered and no air voids are formed. Before the silicone skins over (after approximately 5 minutes), smooth the surface with a suitable tool and remove any masking tape used.
ARDEX ST should be applied at a substrate temperature between 5°C and 40°C.
