It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How do I prepare the surface before using Evo-Stick The Dog's?
Surfaces must be sound, clean, and free from any contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, and any loose material.
Can I paint over Evo-Stick The Dog's?
Yes, after 24 hours with most paints (avoid alkyd resin-based paints). It is recommended to test compatibility with any paints prior to applications.
How much Evo-Stick The Dog's do I need?
Each cartridge will yield approximately 11 metres using a 5mm bead.
