When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note:ย Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. โWorking dayโ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless โNext Day Express Deliveryโ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as โNext Day Express Deliveryโ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
