It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Ensure surface is clean, dry, and dust-free. Remove any loose or flaking coatings or old sealants. For highly porous surfaces, prime with a 1:2 dilution of Sika Caulk Once with water.
How long does Sika Caulk Once take to dry?
Sika Caulk Once dries quickly and can be over-painted or covered with wallpaper in just 1 hour.
Can I paint over Sika Caulk Once?
Yes, once a surface skin has formed (typically within 1 hour), you can paint over it with most types of paints. However, lower-quality paints, especially some vinyl matt paints, may crack if excessive movement occurs.
How do I clean up excess caulk?
Excess Sika Caulk Once can be removed with a sponge and warm water before it fully cures. Once dried, removal may require mechanical methods.
