It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Acrypol Plus With Fibres Waterproof Roof Coating is an acrylic resin coating dispersed in solvent, supplied as a semi‑liquid paste. It dries to a tough, durable, elastic, seamless overlay that blocks water ingress while allowing trapped moisture to evaporate to help prevent blistering. The added fibres act like a built‑in scrim, interlacing to fill and bridge gaps and cracks up to 10 mm wide. For gaps over 10 mm wide, Acrypol Reinforcement Mesh / Scrim is recommended.
Can Acrypol Plus With Fibres Waterproof Roof Coating be applied in damp weather for quick repairs?
Yes. It can be applied during damp weather and still provide a long‑term waterproofing solution. It is designed for simple one‑coat, all‑weather application, making it ideal for day‑to‑day patching repairs and general property maintenance. Typical drying time is about 24 hours, depending on temperature and ventilation.
Which surfaces are Acrypol Plus With Fibres Waterproof Roof Coating suitable for?
Suitable substrates include flat roofs, asphalt, bituminous surfaces, brickwork, gutters, leadwork, metals, PVC, asbestos, glass, roofing felt, roof lights, concrete, fibreglass, flashings, chimney stacks, and brick. Give special attention to preparing aluminium, zinc, galvanised, or corroded metal variant.

Are there any limitations or safety considerations for Acrypol Plus With Fibres Waterproof Roof Coating?
- Limitations:
- Not suitable for balconies and walking surfaces.
- Not recommended for wooden surfaces, fishponds, or internal use.
- Seal or switch off air conditioning vents for a minimum of 24 hours during and after application.
- Storage and shelf life: Store at an even, moderate temperature. Shelf life is several years with the lid secured.
- Technical notes (Issue No. 4): Volume solids approx. 53% (with fibres), VOC approx. 453 g/L, specific gravity 1.09–1.13, and typical drying time about 24 hours. Colours available (with fibres): Grey, Solar White, and Black.
