It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Can Sika Black Jack 901 be applied in the Rain?
No, all surfaces must be dry, stable and thoroughly cleaned to remove all traces of dirt, dust and grease. Wet surfaces should be brushed free from water and wiped with a dry cloth to remove any moisture which remains.
Do I need to use a primer?
Concrete, cement and other porous surfaces should be primed using Black Jack 902 Bitumen & Flashing Primer and allowed to dry. Where there is green growth present, clean surfaces with Sika Mouldbuster as directed, before proceeding.
What materials can I used Sika Black Jack 901 on?
Sika Black Jack 901 s suitable for application to a wide variety of materials including iron, steel, lead, zinc, aluminium, asbestos-cement, concrete, stone, wood, felt and brick.
What is the shelf life of Sika Black Jack 901?
The shelf life of Black Jack 901 is 24 months from the date of production.
