Solseal Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).
Orders for UK Mainland
Any orders placed Monday to Friday before midday will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Any orders placed Monday to Friday after midday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Saturday delivery is available on request only – please call 01708 855 698 for a quote.
Orders for Scottish Highlands and offshore locations
We will always endeavour to deliver to you as quickly as possible and at the best possible price.
However please note postcodes in some areas of the Scottish Highlands and offshore addresses require a delivery surcharge to our normal UK carriage fees and in some cases can take longer to be delivered, so please call us on 01708 855 698 for a bespoke quote and place your order with us over the phone.
