It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How do I apply UltraTile Pro Clean Grout Haze Remover?
- Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area on-site to check suitability of product, prior to use – read these instructions fully before application.
- Dependent on degree of contamination, Grout Haze Remover can be used neat or diluted up to 1:10 with clean water.
- Pre-wet the surface, apply generously and allow the product to dwell for a few minutes before agitating and rinsing off with plenty of clean water.
- Repeat the process if necessary. If using Grout Haze Remover indoors ensure good ventilation during and after use.
Are there any types of grout that are not suitable for use with UltraTile Pro Clean Grout Haze Remover?
UltraTile Pro Clean Grout Haze Remover is not suitable for use with brush in sand grout or around acid sensitive surfaces such as enamel, zinc, chrome, stainless steel, polished marble and limestone, etc
