It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How much Mapei Ultracare Epoxy Off Gel do I need?
Each Mapei Ultracare Epoxy Off Gel can clean up to maximum of 15m² of surface.
How do i use Mapei Ultracare Epoxy Off Gel?
Shake the product before use. The product is ready to use and does not need to be diluted. Apply UltraCare Epoxy Off Gel to the surface to be cleaned using a brush or a roller and then leave to act for a few minutes (approximately 15-20 minutes according to the degree of dirt). Work over the surface with a ScotchBrite pad and then rinse well with plenty of clean water. On freshly applied grout cleaning is very effective; when cleaning epoxy residues that have been cured over a period of time or particularly stubborn grout residues, it may be necessary to let the product act for longer (up to 30 minutes) or you may need to repeat the cycle.
For applications on flooring it is possible to carry out cleaning with single-disc cleaning machine.
