It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is UltraScape SlipBond?
UltraScape SlipBond is a flexible cladding adhesive for internal and external use.
How do I prep the surface before applying UltraScape SlipBond?
Remove all loose material, debris, laitance, grease, paint and efflorescence. The concrete / masonry/ substrate should be thoroughly dampened with water. Any surplus water should be removed prior to commencing application.
How do I mix UltraScape slipbond?
UltraScape slipbond should be added slowly to 5.2 litres of clean water per 20kg bag and mixed thoroughly, ideally with a forced action mixer for 3 minutes to give a slump free easily worked adhesive. Once mixed the mortar is immediately ready for use and has a pot life of approximately 2 hours at 20°C. Mix only sufficient material to be used within the pot life, do not remix or re-wet.
How do I apply UltraScape slipbond?
Use a trowel to apply a layer of mortar on to the substrate with sufficient force to ensure a good bond. On large format stone it is advisable to back butter the stone unit prior to embedment. Once application of the mortar bed has taken place please ensure that the stone is applied within 25 minutes.
What is the yield of UltraScape slipbond?
Each 20kg bag of UltraScape slipbond yields 15 litres.
