It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is UltraScape Pro Prime?
UltraScape Pro Prime is bonding mortar / slurry primer specifically formulated to provide exceptional bond between all types of stone surfaces and 20mm Porcelain tiles and UltraScape bedding mortars.
Where can UltraScape Pro Prime be used?
UltraScape Pro Prime is suitable for application in town centre pedestrian schemes, pathways and carriageways. UltraScape pro-prime can be used with all types of natural stone, concrete flags and clay paviours.
How much UltraScape Pro Prime do i need?
From each 20kg bag of UltraScape Pro Prime will give you approximately 15m2 of coverage.
How do I mix UltraScape Pro Prime?
Place 7 litres of clean water in a suitable container. Add UltraScape Pro-Prime powder slowly and mix for 3 to 5 minutes to create a smooth lump-free slurry.
How do I apply UltraScape Pro-Prime?
All surfaces should be pre-soaked with clean water immediately prior to the application of UltraScape pro-prime. The supporting layer/roadbase should be coated with the primer at a thickness of 1mm-2mm immediately before the application of UltraScape probed HS. The slurry should be fresh and wet when the fine bedding concrete is laid.
