ProJoint Contract SBR FAQs

How do I use ProJoint Contract SBR as a primer?

ProJoint Contract SBR can be applied neat to the underside of paving substrates as a primer and adhesion promoter.

Is ProJoint Contract SBR suitable for use on porcelain paving?

No, it’s not recommended to use ProJoint Contract SBR on porcelain paving.

How do I use ProJoint Contract SBR as an cement admixture?

Add the SBR liquid into the cement whilst mixing. The addition rate depends on the application – as a guide, a typical addition is 200ml per 1kg of cement.

Please note that this addition will reduce the amount of water needed in the mix, and will also reduce the pot life of the mixed mortar.
