It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

UltraCrete QC10 sets in 10-20 minutes and can be open to traffic in 2 hours.
How do I prepare the surface before using UltraCrete QC10?
All surfaces should be free from oil, grease, dust or any other visible contaminants. Remove all loose particles and work on a sound substrate. Pre-soak the area with clean water prior to application to aid bond. Remove ponded water before applying the product.
How do I mix UltraCrete QC10?
QC10 can be mixed mechanically or by hand. If by hand, ensure that the mixing is vigorous. Mix the inner bag containing the cement with the sand/aggregate. Add approximately 1 litre of water and mix thoroughly. Then, if required, add sufficient additional water until the required consistency is achieved to a maximum of 2 litres. It is essential that this product not be over-watered. The addition of excessive water will result in slower strength gain, reduced final compressive strength and the possibility of shrinkage cracking. Sand/aggregate contains moisture and the volume of water required will vary depending on the moisture content of the aggregate. Mix only enough material to apply within 4 minutes. Never remix or add water.
