Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day if ‘Next Day Delivery’ is displayed on the product listing. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is UltraCrete PY4?
UltraCrete PY4 is a 2-part fast setting polyester resin mortar. It is particularly suitable for rapid installation and reinstatement in heavily trafficked areas.
How long does UltraCrete PY4 take to set?
UltraCrete PY4 sets in 15 minutes and can be open to traffic in 40 minutes.
How do I prepare the surface before applying UltraCrete PY4?
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from loose particles. Any contamination of oil, grease, paint, etc., must be removed prior to application. Always work on a sound and level substrate.
How do I mix UltraCrete PY4?
UltraCrete PY4 should be mixed thoroughly with a forced action mixer or vigorously by hand with an appropriate tool. Add 1 tin of resin to 1 unit of filler/activator. Pour all the resin from the tin into the outer bucket and slowly add the filler until a homogeneous mix is attained. Mix only enough material to apply in 4 minutes. Do not part mix. Use immediately after mixing.
