It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is UltraCrete M60F?
UltraCrete M60F is bedding mortar now with added fibres for superior strength gain. Ideal for use with all access covers, as well as for the bonding of granite setts, flags and bedding kerbs.
How long does UltraCrete M60F take to set?
UltraCrete M60F takes 20 minutes to set and can be open to traffic in just 60 minutes.
How do I prepare the surface for UltraCrete M60F?
All surfaces should be free from oil, grease, dust or any other visible contaminants. Remove all loose particles and work on a sound substrate. Pre-soak the area with clean water prior to application to aid bond. Remove ponded water before applying the product.
How do I mix UltraCrete M60F?
UltraCrete M60F can be mixed with a forced action mixer or by hand with an appropriate tool. If hand mixing is used, ensure that it is vigorous. 25kg of product will require approximately 3litres of water. A stiff consistent mix with no slump should be achieved, ensuring all particles are well wetted. Note: Mix only enough material to apply within 4 minutes. Never remix or add extra water.
