Sikafloor 131 Level Latex Ultra is a high performance, latex modified, cement based, self levelling compound for floor smoothing and levelling uneven rigid internal floors. It is also suitable for exterior applications such as sheltered balconies and walkways, prior to laying ceramic tiles, slabs and natural stone.
Sikafloor 131 Level Latex Ultra can be overlaid with common floor coverings or left as a final wearing surface.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day if ‘Next Day Delivery’ is displayed on the product listing. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Sikafloor 131 Level Latex Ultra can be used for levelling:

- Sand/cement screeds (not anhydrite), concrete slabs and pre-cast elements.
- Existing ceramic and rigid plastic tiles.
Do I need to use a DPM with Sikafloor 131 Level Latex Ultra?
Sikafloor 131 Level Latex Ultra does not resistant rising damp, and will need to be used in with conjunction in such conditions.
Do I need to use a primer for Sikafloor 131 Level Latex Ultra?
No, on normal concrete/screed a primer is not normally required. On porous concrete/screed seal the surface with SikaBond PVA+ (1 part PVA to 4 parts clean water) internally, or SikaBond SBR+ (1 part SBR to 3 parts clean water) externally, ensuring surface is well coated, then allow to dry. For highly porous substrates it may be necessary to
apply more than one coat to prevent pinholes and cracking/debonding of Sikafloor 131 Level Latex Ultra.

Each bag of Sikafloor 131 Level Latex Ultra will yield approximately 5 m² at a depth of 3 mm.
