It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3210?
Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3210 is a ultra-fast hardening self-levelling compound used for interior levelling and removing differences in thickness from 3 to 10 mm of new or existing
substrates.
Where can I use Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3210?
Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3210 can be used:
Levelling concrete slabs, sand cement screed, Mapecem and Mapecem Pronto, Topcem or Topcem Pronto, and anhydrite screeds containing underfloor heating. Also levelling existing cement, terrazzo, ceramic and natural stone floors.
How long does Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3210 take to cure?
Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3210 is ready to receive flooring after approximately 12 hours, regardless of the thickness. It is recommended to wait 24 hours before installing wooden flooring
How do I prepare the surface before using Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3210?
Substrates must be completely dry, solid, free from dust, loose areas, paint, wax, oil, rust and traces of gypsum. Cement based surfaces not sufficiently solid must be removed or, where possible, consolidate with Prosfas or Mapeproof ESM.
Fissures in concrete substrates must be repaired with Eporip.
Cementitious subfloors must be treated with a coat of Eco Prim T Plus diluted with water 1:2. Anhydrite screeds can be levelled with Ultraplan Eco 3210, but must first be abraded to remove any surface laitance and then primed with a coat of Eco Prim T Plus (diluted with water 1:2), before the application of Ultraplan Eco 3210. Ceramic and natural stone substrates must be cleaned with detergents and abraded and then primed with Eco Prim Grip Plus.
How much Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3210 do I need?
Each 20kg bag of Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3210 will cover approximately 4.5m² at 3mm thickness.
