It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Mapei Latexplan Trade Fast?
Mapei Latexplan Trade Fast is a two-part rapid curing smoothing/ levelling compound where rapid installation of all types of floor coverings is required on new and existing substrates.
Where can I use Mapei Latexplan Trade Fast?
Mapei Latexplan Trade Fast can be used :
- Smoothing concrete floors
- Sand: cement screeds,
- Mapei Mapecem and Mapei Topcem screeds.
- For smoothing over existing flooring in concrete, terrazzo, ceramic, porcelain tiles and natural stone (after applying a suitable primer if required).
How fast is Mapei Latexplan Trade Fast?
Mapei Latexplan Trade Fast can receive foot traffic after approximately 60 minutes and is ready to install floor coverings after 2½-3 hours depending on the thickness and ambient temperature.
How do I prepare the surface before using Mapei Latexplan Trade Fast?
The substrate must be clean, structurally sound, and free from grease, oil, paint, and plaster residues, surface contamination, including surface hardeners, water softenable adhesives, loosely applied materials. and additives that may compromise the bond. Adhesive residue must be checked to confirm they are not water softenable and that they are hard, solid and are suitably strong enough to receive a smoothing/levelling compound.
Do I need to use a primer for Mapei Latexplan Trade Fast?
On highly porous and absorbent surfaces, a coat of primer prior to the application of smoothing compounds will reduce pin holes and air bubbles on the subsequent compounds above. Eco Prim T Plus is suitable for absorbent substrates and surfaces. For non porous surfaces use Eco Prim Grip Plus. For using surface damp proof membrane, ensure primer is not applied prior to the application of the membrane but above it. When applying Latexplan Trade Fast above cured Mapei surface applied membranes, in all cases the
membrane must be primed.
