It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Where can I use Ardex Arditex NA
Ardex Arditex NA is used o level uneven internal subfloors to provide a smooth surface. Ardex Arditex NA can be applied on all common subfloors such as concrete and cement/
sand screeds, prepared terrazzo, flooring grade asphalt, quarry tiles, internal steel floors, Ardex Damp Proof Membranes, porcelain tiles, flooring grade plywood etc.
How do I mix Ardex Arditex NA?
The mix ratio is one 20kg bag of Ardex Arditex NA powder to 4.95kg of Ardex Arditex NA latex. The latex should be shaken and poured into a clean mixing container. The powder is then added gradually with continuous stirring. For smaller quantities, 3 volumes of powder should be stirred into 1 volume of latex.
How do I apply Ardex Arditex NA?
The mixed material is poured onto the prepared floor surface and spread with a trowel or pin leveller to the required thickness in one operation. Apply at floor temperatures above 5°C. The use of a spiked roller will improve the surface and performance of the applied mortar whilst still wet.
