It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Mapei Latex Plan No Ammonia?
Mapei Latex Plan No Ammonia isa 2 part, fast-setting, cement based levelling compound suitable for use over the most existing adhesive residues (including bitumen) and onto plywood substrates.
Where can I use Mapei Latex Plan No Ammonia?
Smoothing plywood, concrete floors, sand:cement screeds, MAPEI Mapecem and Topcem screeds. For smoothing over existing floors in concrete, ceramic and porcelain tiles and natural stone without priming. And over any MAPEI surface applied DPM’s.
How do I mix Mapei Latex Plan No Ammonia?
Mix 20 kg of Latexplan No Ammonia part A powder into 4.4 kg of Latexplan No Ammonia part B liquid. The Latexplan No Ammonia part B liquid container should be shaken and poured into a clean mixing container. The Latexplan No Ammonia part A powder is then added gradually whilst continually stirring with a mixing paddle attached to a slow-speed drill. The mixed product has a working time of approximately 20 minutes at +23C.
Do not add any additional latex liquid or water.
Do not over mix the products as this may create excessive heat and cause the mixed product to cure too quickly.
