It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Where can I use Ardex DPM 1 C Rapid?
Ardex DPM 1 C Rapid can be used as a damp proof membrane that deals with damp concrete where a structural damp proof membrane is not present or is ineffective, with the risk of ground bearing moisture. A thinner application may be used to suppress residual moisture in concrete slabs and cement/sand screeds which are well compacted and sound, where readings of up to 92% RH are measured
How do I prep the surface before applying Ardex DPM 1 C Rapid?
Prior to application of Ardex DPM 1 C Rapid the concrete or screed substrate must be hard, sound and free of dust, laitance, dirt and other barrier materials such as paint, lime coatings, plaster and adhesive residues. Any existing screeds or levelling and smoothing compounds not resistant to moisture must also be removed. Concrete curing agents, admixtures and surface hardeners, and the residues of these products can impair adhesion and must be removed.
