It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Mapei Prosfas?
Mapei Prosfas is a solvent-free, silicate-based consolidator for cementitious substrates, with a high penetration capacity.
How long does Mapei Prosfas take to dry?
Mapei Prosfas takes a minimum of 24 hours to dry (depending on the amount applied and theambient temperature and humidity) .
How do I prepare the surface before applying Mapei Prosfas?
The substrate must be dry, clean, free of oils, varnish, levelling compounds and other materials which might prevent the Mapei Prosfas from penetrating.
How do I apply Mapei Prosfas?
Pour the Prosfas on the surface with a sprinkler or pump and distribute it evenly with a broom, brush, or roller until it is completely absorbed. Very friable or porous substrates may need more than one coat, in which case wait until the previous coat is dry.
Do not allow pools of excess Prosfas to accumulate because they form a shiny anti-adhesive film. To prevent the film from forming, sprinkle sand over the last coat of Prosfas and remove the excess sand when dry.
Proceed with levelling or installation of flooring after making sure the surface is dry. Drying time varies with the amount of product used, and ambient temperature and humidity. The recommended application temperature is from +5°C to +35°C.
Where should I not use Mapei Prosfas?
- Do not use Prosfas on non-absorbent or wet surfaces.
- Do not use on Mapecem or Mapecem Pronto screeds.
- Do not use on anhydrite surfaces.
