It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is UltraTile Pro Clean Grout Aid?
UltraTile Pro Clean Grout Aid is a final rinse additive aiding easy rinse and clean off of mortar grout and cement grouting residues. It helps to eliminate common problematic grout film and hazing.
How much UltraTile Pro Clean Grout Aid do I need?
Each 1 litre bottle of UltraTile Pro Clean Grout Aid will cover up to 100m²
How do i apply UltraTile Pro Clean Grout Aid?
- Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area on-site to check suitability of product, prior to use – read these instructions fully before application.
- Always use rubber or latex gloves when using this product.
- Add 100-200ml per 5 litres of final rinsing water in a bucket. Mix well. Proceed to use as normal with a grouting sponge or tiler’s washboy to clean.
- Allow to dry (2-5mins). On rough or textured tiles, it may be necessary for a second wash down.
- If using Grout Aid indoors ensure good ventilation during and after use.
