It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How much Everbuild 404 do I need?
Each litre of Everbuild 404 will cover approximately 5-10m² of surface depending on nature of the surface.
How do I apply Everbuild 404?
Always read label before use and wear suitable protective equipment. Supplied ready to use. Do not dilute. Remove all surface debris and growth from the area to be treated. Apply by brush or spray at a rate
of 1 litre per 5 – 10m2 depending on porosity of surface. Leave solution for 20 minutes. Finally, wash down the area with water. Repeat process for badly infested areas. Take care not to allow residues to run
directly into fresh watercourses.
How long does Everbuild 404 take to dry?
Everbuild 404 takes 1-12 hours to dry from washdown depending on surface.
