It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Will I remove the oil from my wood floor by mopping it?
No, our pads will not remove oil from your floor. The Bona Cleaner for Oiled Floors also nourishes the oiled wood floor whilst cleaning.
My Bona Spray Mop has stopped spraying, what happened?
If your mop is not spraying properly, assure the mop is fully assembled. Remove the refillable cleaner cartridge from your Mop. Assemble poles A&B and push down firmly until poles A&B are completely clicked into place. If poles A&B are not locked into place, it will not spray properly, so push hard! Poles A&B will not separate when the mop is fully assembled. Return cleaner cartridge by pushing down firmly with two hands until you hear an audible click.
Can I swap between different cleaning solution cartridges as needed?
Yes, it’s no problem to switch from the Bona Wood Floor Cleaner to the Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate Cleaner whilst mopping.
Can I refill the Bona floor cleaning cartridges?
Yes, the economical refill packs are designed to refill our trigger sprays and Spray Mop cartridges.
