It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Can EcoProTec Exterior Rust Stan Remover be used on delicate stone such as marble and limestone?
Yes. It is a high-performance non-acidic, non-caustic formulation and is particularly suited for delicate applications including marble and limestone. It can also be used on porcelain, sandstone, slate, granite, brick, terracotta, and concrete paving.
How should I apply EcoProTec Exterior Rust Stan Remover, and how long does it need to work?
Shake well before use and do not dilute. Completely cover the rust stain and leave it to act for 15 minutes. The product colour will change to a deep purple as it reacts with the rust. After the contact time, scrub with a deck brush or nylon scrubbing pad, extract residue with a sponge, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Repeat applications until the stain is completely removed.
What preparation and weather/surface conditions are recommended for best results?
Before applying, ensure the area is completely free from dust and dirt. If needed, pre-wash with ECOPROTEC Intensive Cleaner diluted 1:10 with water. For best results, apply when the surface temperature is between 5–25°C.
What safety precautions should I take when using EcoProTec Exterior Rust Stan Remover?
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, and eye/face protection. Avoid breathing mist, vapours, or spray, and wash hands thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children. The product contains sodium mercaptoacetate and may cause an allergic skin reaction. If swallowed, seek urgent medical advice (Poison Centre/doctor) if you feel unwell. Dispose of contents/container via hazardous or special waste collection.
