It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Where can I use Sika Patio Seal?
Sika Patio Seal can be used on:
- Paths,
- Patios,
- Natural stone,
- Concrete and block paving where it will protect from the effects of sunlight, water, oil, petrol and organic growth.
How much Sika Patio Seal do I need?
1 Litre of Sika patio seal cover approximately 8m² per coat depending on nature of surface
How do I use Sika Patio Seal?
Stir well before use. May be applied to damp (but not wet) surfaces. Apply using a long pile roller and tray or low-pressure spray. Ensure even and thorough coverage, especially on textured finishes where ponding of the material must be avoided. Apply in two coats, allowing no more than 2 hours between coats. An extra coat may be applied if a semi gloss finish is required.Drying time will be 4 hours from last coat at 20°C. This will be extended at lower temperatures. Do not apply below 5°C.
Can Sika Patio Seal be used in the wet?
No, do not use in the rain or if rain is imminent in the next 5 hours.
