It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Can I use Sika Block Paving Sealer on new paving?
Yes, but you should wait at least 3 months after installation before applying. This allows natural salts within the paving to leach out, helping to prevent efflorescence or white marks from developing beneath the sealer.
Is Sika Block Paving Sealer stain-resistant?
Yes, the sealer is made with high-quality acrylic materials. Because of this, it protects surfaces from common water-based stains and also from oil stains, such as the dark spots you often see on driveways from cars.
When should I reapply Sika Block Paving Sealer?
For ongoing protection, reapply every few years or whenever you notice sand loosening or the water no longer ‘beading’ on the surface. Regular maintenance will ensure the long-term stability and appearance of the block paving.
Does Sika Block Paving Sealer enhance the appearance of my paving?
Yes, the two-coat application helps to revive old weathered, and faded block and gives an attractive satin appearance. Please note some surfaces may darken slightly after treatment, so always test a small inconspicuous area to check the desired appearance before full application.
How do I apply Sika Block Paving Sealer?
A two‑coat application is recommended: the first coat seals the surface, and the second provides a protective satin finish. Apply using a brush, roller, or neoprene foam squeegee from a tray or container – do not pour directly onto the surface. Work the sealer thoroughly into all joints for maximum penetration.
