It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How do I prepare the surface before appliyng ProJoint PRO-810?
Substrates should be sound, clean and free from dirt, dust, oil, etc and must be totally dry. We recommend cleaning with nexus paving & driveway cleaner prior to application and leave to dry for at least two days. It is very important that the paving is left to allow all moisture within the paving to disappear.
How do I apply ProJoint PRO-810 ?
- The sealer is supplied ready for use and should be applied when the surface temperature of the paving is between 5ºc and 25ºc
- Wearing appropriate PPE, apply Projoint pro-810 evenly using a foam roller, paint brush, or a low-pressure sprayer, ensuring excess is removed.
- Allow to dry (up to 2 hours drying time) and then repeat application of a thin and even secondary coat for enhanced protection.
- All tools/equipment should be thoroughly cleaned with a suitable solvent such as white spirit after use.
