It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is ProJoint PRO-410?
ProJoint PRO-410 is solvent based surface sealer which has a matt finish and can be applied to all types of natural stone. It impregnates the stone and protects surfaces from water penetration, staining and the effects of natural weathering whilst remaining breathable.
How do I prepare the surface before applying ProJoint PRO-410?
Substrates should be sound, clean and free from dirt, dust, oil, etc and must be totally dry. We recommend cleaning with Projoint Paving & Driveway Cleaner prior to application and leave to dry for at least two days. It is very important that freshly laid paving is left a minimum of 8 weeks to allow all moisture within the paving to disappear. As with all sealants, test on a small inconspicuous area before full application. The sealer is supplied ready for use and should be applied when the surface temperature of the paving is between 5ºc and 25ºc. As a guide, the stone should be cool to the touch.
How do I apply ProJoint PRO-410?
- Wearing appropriate ppe, apply projoint pro-410 evenly using a foam roller, paint brush, or a low-pressure sprayer, ensuring excess is removed.
- Allow to dry (up to 2 hours drying time) 2a: if repeat application is required for further enhanced colour & protection, please allow 6-8 hours until applying a second coat.
- All tools/equipment should be thoroughly cleaned with a suitable solvent such as white spirit after use.
Can I use ProJoint PRO-410 on porcelain paving?
No, ProJoint PRO-410 is not recommend for porcelain paving.
