Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day if ‘Next Day Delivery’ is displayed on the product listing. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Why should I use ProJoint Pre-Grout Sealer?
ProJoint Pre-Grout Sealer assists in preventing resin sheen and grout haze. It can also help with the workability of the jointing compounds; including air cure, epoxy and cementitious grouts.
How long until the ProJoint Pre-Grout Sealer is cured?
As soon as the ProJoint Pre-Grout Sealer has dried (30-60 minutes weather dependent), it is ready to accept foot traffic and is ready for installation of your chosen jointing compound.
Is ProJoint Pre-Grout Sealer water or solvent based?
ProJoint Pre-Grout Sealer is water-based allowing it to be used all year round.
Does the area need to be dry before application?
To achieve the best seal, it is recommended to apply onto a dry surface, however it can be used if surfaces are damp.
How many coats of ProJoint Pre-Grout Sealer do I need to apply?
It is recommend 2 coats are applied to achieve maximum protection. You must wait for the first coat to dry before applying the second.
What is the coverage rate of ProJoint Pre-Grout Sealer?
1ltr of ProJoint Pre-Grout Sealer covers up to 15m² on natural stone and up to 30m² on porcelain.
