It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Everbuild 405?

What is Everbuild 405 used for?
Everbuild 405 will protect from the effects of sunlight, water, oil, petrol and organic growth on:
- Paths
- Patios
- Natural stone
- Concrete
- Block paving
How do I apply Everbuild 405?
Stir well before use. May be applied to damp (but not wet) surfaces. Apply using a long pile roller and tray or low-pressure spray. Ensure even and thorough coverage, especially on textured finishes where ponding of the material MUST be avoided. Apply in two coats, allowing no more than 2 hours between coats. An extra coat may be applied if a semi gloss finish is required. Drying time will be 4 hours from last coat at 20°C. This will be extended at lower temperatures. Do not apply below 5°C.
What is the shelf life of Everbuild 405?
The shelf life of Everbuild 405 is 12 months from date of production.
