It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is ProJoint PRO-820 Eco?
ProJoint PRO-820 Eco is a water-based sealer for porcelain and natural stone or concrete.
Do I need to prep the paving before apply ProJoint PRO-820 Eco?
Yes, Paving should be sound, clean and free from dirt, dust, oil, etc. Surfaces can be damp prior to application, but a better seal would be achieved if the paving is
dry. We recommend cleaning with an paving cleaner prior to application.
How do I apply ProJoint PRO-820 Eco?
ProJoint PRO-820 Eco is supplied ready for use and should be applied when the surface temperature of the paving is between 5ºC and 25ºC. As a guide, the stone should be
cool to the touch. Shake the container well prior to use. Application may be made by brush, roller or spray (ensuring appropriate PPE is worn). Apply a complete, even coat over the whole surface ensuring any excess is removed – allow to dry for 30 minutes. Apply a second even coat and leave to cure. Dependent on temperature, this second coat should be fully cured in around 1 hour (an extra coat may be required on porous paving).
