It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What types of substances and surfaces can Sika Wonder Wipes clean?
Sika Wonder Wipes wipes are designed for use in building, decorating and maintenance environments. They can clean hands, tools and surfaces from wet and semi-cured paint, sealant, adhesive, bitumen, expanding foam, oil, grease and even silicone.
Are Sika Wonder Wipes safe for skin contact and do they have antibacterial properties?
Yes, they include an antibacterial additive that has been tested according to EN 1276 (chemical disinfectants & antiseptics) standards. They also contain aloe vera to help condition the skin and reduce dryness and cracking when used on hands.
Can I use Sika Wonder Wipes on upholstery, fabrics or painted decorative surfaces
Yes, but with caution. While the wipes are effective on surfaces, for fabrics, textiles or decorative paints you should:

Ensure the wipe does not cause staining, colour-lifting, or damage to the finish.

If the surface is extremely delicate (e.g., silk upholstery, high-gloss fine furniture) you may prefer a specialist cleaner.
