It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

When cleaning brushes, use a non-plastic dish or jar. Remove as much paint as possible using a cloth or newspaper. Test a small pact of textiles for suitability and colour fastness. Dip the brush into Bond It White Spirit working well in, then rinse thoroughly with warm soapy water and dry with a clean cloth.
How do I use Bond It White Spirit for general cleaning?
To clean up spills, pour a quantity of white spirit onto a suitable cloth and wipe the surface until all paint has been removed. First testing surfaces and material for colour-fastness.
