It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Ardex WPC?
Ardex WPC is a flexible, rapid drying waterproofing coating for internal wet areas.
How do I prepare the surface before using Ardex WPC?
Surfaces must be dry, rigid, sound and free of oil, dust, dirt or other barriers to adhesion. Gypsum plaster must be dry and of adequate strength to support the weight of the tiling. Any boarded background must be able to support the tiles, and be rigidly and securely fixed with closely spaced screws to comply with the appropriate BS 5385requirement.
NOTE: Moisture sensitive backgrounds should be protected from moisture ingress from behind i.e. external walls should be of a cavity type or suitably protected solid single skin construction.
What Tile Adhesives are compatible with Ardex WPC??
Tiles can be fixed with an ARDEX Cement Based Tile Adhesive such as Ardex x77 Mirotec or Ardex Microtex X 78, and grouted with
Ardex-Flex Flexible Tile Grout.
