It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Using a brush of suitable size, spread the product on the surface of the joints, which must be clean and free of loose parts, mould and calcium deposits. Wait a few minutes until the product applied on the joints is dry. Remove any traces of the product from the edges of the tiles using a damp sponge.
