It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Yes. Unlike standard PVAs, SikaBond Waterproof PVA Ultra is specially formulated not to re-emulsify when wet, making it suitable for damp environments and outdoor applications.
How do I apply SikaBond Waterproof PVA Ultra?
It can be applied by brush, roller, or added directly to cement mixes. Dilution depends on the use – for priming, dilute 1 part SikaBond Waterproof PVA Ultra with 5 parts water; for bonding, use 1 part PVA to 0.5 parts water.
Does it work on old concrete or when bonding new cement to old?
Yes. SikaBond Waterproof PVA Ultra is ideal for bonding new cement, plaster or screed to old concrete surfaces. Just follow the correct priming and bonding steps for the best results.
What surfaces can I use SikaBond Waterproof PVA Ultra on?
It can be used on brick, concrete, plaster, screed, mortar, and even tiles or painted surfaces when properly applied. It works well on both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates.
